CareAccess MSO has decades of experience providing business process outsourcing capabilities. We receive and addresses numerous of inbound member calls on topics including questions related to benefits and eligibility, appointment scheduling, access to social or service resources, and more. CareAccess MSO also conducts outbound calls to members each month to engage them in their health (e.g., new member welcome calls, conducting health screenings, appointment reminders and care gap closures).

CareAccess MSO offers our members and providers a call center staffed with knowledgeable, compassionate associates. Our calls are tracked and logged into our database for proper follow-up and reference. We provide satisfaction surveys that allow us to gauge organizational performance and identify areas of improvement across all departments.
